This includes reports on performance of third party providers (payroll) , HR’s compliance with pension processes and scheme requirements.

Auto enrolment

Compliance with current legislation. Enrolling eligible non scheme members into a pension scheme on a three-year cycle. Fielding questions from the Pensions Regulator and investigate as required.
